Power and AV

Each booth will come with the following:

  • Standard power drop- All additional AV needs will need to be ordered through the hotel's AV Company

  • Attendee List- including names, center/ location and contact info of all fellows and early attending's at the conference​

  • Stickers to hand to the attendees for their passport booklet after each rotation will be provided.

Exhibit Hall Logistics

Logistics

​Logistics: fellows and young physicians will be divided into groups of 2-3. They will have rotation assignments telling them which table to start and finish at.

 

Rotations will likely be 7-8 minutes (the exact number depends on the # fellows). We will ring a bell/ announce when its time to rotate. At that time is when you will give the fellow a sticker to place on the back of their program (we provide sticker logos).

 

They are told they must collect all exhibitor stickers by the end of the second didactic. In order to get their course completion certificate they need to show us all stickers.

Whatever you are most comfortable with! Friday is optional cocktail attire and the remainder of the weekend is business casual.
